PENGARUH BANTUAN MODAL, PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN SERTA KREDIT BANK TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN KOPERASI AKTIF DAN DAMPAKNYA BAGI PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI SULAWESI UTARA

ABSTRAK

Peran dan fungsi koperasi yang luar biasa bagi perekonomian bangsa dan daerah maupun untuk anggotanya sendiri, di sisi lain menunjukkan data yang sebaliknya, dimana koperasi baik dari sisi jumlah (kuantitas) maupun usahanya dari tahun ke tahun terus menurun. Sebagai contoh, jumlah koperasi aktif di Indonesia, data 4 tahun terakhir menjadi gambaran jelas kondisi dimaksud. Pada tahun 2015, jumlah koperasi aktif sebanyak 212.135 unit, berkurang sebanyak 3.940 unit pada tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 208,195 unit koperasi aktif. Angka penurunan ini kemudian semakin parah pada tahun 2017 dimana jumlah koperasi aktif pada tahun ini sebanyak 152,174 unit atau berkurang 56.021 unit koperasi dan pada tahun 2018 jumlah koperasi aktif tersisa sebanyak adalah 126,343 unit saja atau berkurang 25.831 unit dibanding tahun 2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bantuan modal, Pendidikan dan pelatihan dan kredit terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui koprasi aktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian bantuan modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan koperasi aktif di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Pendidikan dan Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan koperasi aktif di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Kredit Perbankan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan koperasi aktif di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Bantuan modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Pendidikan dan Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Kredit Perbankan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Perkembangan Koperasi aktif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.

The extraordinary role and function of cooperatives for the national and regional economy as well as for its own members, on the other hand shows the opposite data, where cooperatives in terms of both quantity and business continue to decline from year to year. For example, the number of active cooperatives in Indonesia, the data of the past 4 years is a clear picture of the conditions in question. In 2015, the number of active cooperatives was 212.135 units, decreasing by 3,940 units in 2016 which amounted to 208,195 active cooperative units. This rate of decline then worsened in 2017 where the number of active cooperatives this year was 152,174 units or decreased by 56,021 cooperative units and in 2018 the number of active cooperatives remaining was 126,343 units or 25,831 units reduced compared to 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital assistance, education and training and credit on economic growth through active cooperation. The research method used is path analysis. The results of capital assistance research did not significantly influence the development of active cooperatives in North Sulawesi Province. Education and training have no significant effect on the development of active cooperatives in North Sulawesi Province. Banking credit has a significant effect on the development of active cooperatives in North Sulawesi Province. Capital assistance has no significant effect on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province. Education and training have no significant effect on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province. Banking credit has no significant effect on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province. The development of active cooperatives has no significant effect on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province.
