PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN CLEANING SERVICE SOS AREA ALFA TOWER TANGGERANG

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee productivity and the influence of the work environment on employee productivity. The research method used is a quantitative method with a correlational design using a non-probability sampling technique, namely a purposive sample of 52 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed to the cleaning service employees of SOS Area Alfa Tower Tangerang. The data analysis technique begins with a data quality test, and then analyzes the data using SPSS version 25.0, the results show that the validation test shows that all items are declared valid with an r value > 0.30, the reliability test shows Cronbach's alpha value of 0.956 > 0.60 indicating that all variables are said to be reliable, the results of the normality test show that the axis points follow the diagonal line which means the data is normally distributed. The coefficient of determination analysis (R2) shows that the independent variable has an effect of 29.1% on the dependent variable. The results of the partial t-test showed work motivation = 0.009 <0.05 and Work Environment = 0.002 <0.05, indicating that both motivational variables and work environment variables each had an effect on employee productivity. Simultaneous F-test showed results of 0.000 <0.05, indicating that simultaneously the two variables affect employee productivity.
