ANALISIS FAKTOR PENENTU PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA NELAYAN DI KABUPATEN MINAHASA TENGGARA

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, usia nelayan, lamanya melaut, pengalaman dan biaya operasional (modal) secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil tangkapan/produksi nelayan. (2) Mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara tingkat pendidikan, usia nelayan, lamamnya melaut, pengalaman dan biaya operasional (modal)  terhadap hasil tangkapan/produksi nelayan dan (3) Mengetahui pengaruh hasil tangkapan/produksi nelayan terhadap pendapatannya.

Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan melakukan interview langsung ke 50 rumahtangga nelayan yang ada 3 kecamatan utama yaitu Kecamatan Belang, Pusomaen dan Ratatotok,

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Pendidikan tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil tangkapan atau produksi nelayan; Umur tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil tangkapan atau produksi nelayan; Lama melaut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil tangkapan atau produksi nelayan; Pengalaman memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil tangkapan atau produksi nelayan; Biaya Operasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil tangkapan atau produksi nelayan; Tingkat pendidikan, umur, lama melaut, pengalaman dan biaya opersioanl secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil tangkapan atau produksi nelayan; Hasil tangkapan nelayan sangat berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan nelayan.

Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara sebaiknya lebih konsentrasi lagi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan nelayan dengan memberikan stimulan biaya operasioanl dan kemudahan kepada nelayan untuk medapatkan modal usaha

ABSTRACT

Factors that affect fishermen's income are: education, age of fishermen, length of sea, experience and operational costs (capital). This study aims to (1) Know the influence of education level, age of fishermen, length of sea, experience and operational costs (capital) together on the catch / production of fishermen. (2) To know the partial influence between the level of education, the age of fishermen, the length of sea, experience and operational costs (capital) on the catch / production of fishermen and (3) Knowing the influence of fishermen's catch / production on their income.

The research was conducted in Southeast Minahasa Regency and the type of data used is primary data by conducting direct interviews to 50 fishing houses in 3 main sub-districts namely Belang, Pusomaen and Ratatotok.

Les résultats ont montré que le niveau d’éducation n’affecte pas la capture ou la production des pêcheurs; L’âge n’affecte pas la capture ou la production des pêcheurs; La longueur de la mer a un effet positif et significatif sur la capture ou la production des pêcheurs; L’expérience a une influence positive et significative sur la capture ou la production des pêcheurs; Les coûts opérationnels ont un effet positif et significatif sur la capture ou la production des pêcheurs; Le niveau d’éducation, l’âge, la longueur de la mer, l’expérience et le coût de l’opersioanl affectent ensemble les prises ou la production des pêcheurs; Les prises des pêcheurs ont un effet très positif sur le revenu des pêcheurs.

The Government of Southeast Minahasa Regency is more focused on increasing the income of fishermen by providing stimulants of operational costs and convenience to fishermen to obtain business capital.
