HUBUNGAN ANTARA MOTIVASI KERJA DENGAN KINERJA PERAWAT DIRUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH SANANA KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN SULA
Abstract
Motivasi kerja adalah dorongan dari internal (bersumber dari dalam dirinya) dan eksternal (luar dirinya). Motivasi kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja seseorang. Perawat adalah salah satu tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit dimana merupakan salah satu penentu mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Kinerja perawat yang baik akan menjadi salah satu faktor penentu palayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sanana Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study atau studi potong lintang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perawat yang ada di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sanana yang berjumlah 70 perawat. Sampel diambil secara total sampling sebanyak 70 responden. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square dengan CI=95 %. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, di dapat nilai p=0,037, dimana terdapat hubungan anatara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja perawat. Kesimpulan yaitu terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sanana Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula. Saran agar pihak rumah sakit dapat memberikan reward kepada perawat yang bekerja lembur atau memiliki kinerja yang baik untuk mempertahankan motivasi kerja dan kinerja perawat.

ABSTRACT
Motivation of work is an impulse that origin either from internal (comes from within a person) or external (comes from outside a person) or from both. Work motivation is a factor that influence a person work performance. Nurse is one of the health workers in the hospital which is one of the determinants of the quality of health services in the hospital. The good performance of nurses will be one of the determinants of health care quality in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship of work motivation to the performance of nurses in the inpatient room of Sanana regional general hospital of Sula Islands Regency. The study was a quantitative research that is an analytical survey with cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all nurses in Sanana regional general hospital with a total of 70 nurses. Samples were taken in total sampling of 70 respondents. Univariate and bivariate data analysis were done using Chi-square test with CI = 95%. Based on the results of statistical tests, p value was p = 0.037, showed there was relationship between work motivation and nurse performance. This study concluded that there was relationship between work motivation and the performance of nurses in the Inpatient Room of Sanana regional general hospital of Sula Islands Regency. With this finding, the hospital management can provide reward for nurses that have good performance and for those who willing to work overtime in order to maintain their work motivation.
