HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI KERJA DAN PARTISIPASI KERJA DENGAN KINERJA BIDAN DESA DI KABUPATEN MALUKU TENGGARA BARAT
Abstract
Upaya untuk menurunkan angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan angka kematian bayi (AKB) telah menjadi komitmen pemerintah dan sejalan dengan tujuan millenium development goals (MDGs) Tahun 2015 yaitu menurunkan AKI sebesar ¾ menjadi 102/100.000 kelahiran Hidup dan Menurunkan AKB sebesar 2/3 dari angka tahun 1990 menjadi 23/1000 Kelahiran hidup (Depkes RI, 2008). Hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2010, pelayanan kesehatan terhadap ibu hamil, ibu melahirkan terbanyak dilayani oleh Bidan (71,45%), ini menunjukan bahwa keberadaan bidan mempengaruhi program Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak,Melainkan sumber dayanya yang mengemban tugas dilapangan (Bidan Desa).Berdasarkan data tenaga bidan di kabupaten Maluku Tenggara Barat 90% berpendidikan D1 dan D3 Kebidanan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study (potong lintang). Instrumen penelitian adalah Metode Pengambilan Sampling adalah Simpel Random Sampling dengan jumlah populasi sampel adalah 37 orang yang tersebar di 2 puskesmas. Analisis Univariat dan Analisis Bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Bidan Desa di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Maluku Tenggara Barat,ada hubungan antara Partisipasi Kerja dengan Kinerja Bidan Desa di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Maluku Tenggara Barat.

ABSTRACT
The effort to reduce the death rate of mother and infant has become commitment of government and it is in accordance to the millennium development goals of the year 2015 that is to reduce the death rate of mother about ¾ to become 102.100.00 born alive and to reduce the death rate of infant about 2/3 from rating of year 1990 to become 23 100 born alive (The Healt Departement of Indonesian Republic,2008). The result of basic health studies (RISKADAS) in the year of 2010 regarding the health service toward pregnan mother,most mothers give birth under the service of midwife (71,45%),it indicates that the presence of midwife gives influence to mother and infant health program. Thus the interest poin of the government is not realy on the (JAMKESDA) program but much on human resources who carryout the task in the field (Town Midwife),based on data midwife in kabupaten maluku tenggara barat it is about 93% of them graduated with diploma 1 and diploma 3 midwife only. This research is a quantitative research with Cross sectional study approach. Research instrument is a sampling withdrawal method,wich is a simple random sampling with population number of 37 persons who scattered in two day care centres. Univariat analisis using and Bivariat using chi square test. From the research result could shows that relation of work motivation with town midwife and relation of participation work with town midwife performance.
