HUBUNGAN ANTARA POLA ASUH DENGAN STATUS GIZI PADA BALITA USIA 24-59 BULAN DI DESA TATELI WERU KECAMATAN MANDOLANG KABUPATEN MINAHASA
Abstract
Gizi adalah suatu proses organisme menggunakan makanan yang dikonsumsi secara normal melalui proses pencernaan, absorpsi, transportasi, penyimpanan, metabolisme, dan pengeluaran zat-zat yang tidak digunakan. Pola asuh merupakan interaksi antara anak dengan orang tua dalam hal mendidik, membimbing, merawat, memberikan makan, pemeliharaan kesehatan dan mendisiplinkan anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis apakah ada hubungan antara pola asuh dengan status gizi pada anak usia 24-59 bulan di Desa Tateli Weru Kec. Mandolang Kab. Minahasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan secara cross sectional. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak berusia 24-59 bulan di Desa Tateli Weru Kec Mandolang, dan penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, jadi sampel berjumlah 72 balita. Hasil uji statistik dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan status gizi dengan indikator BB/U gizi baik 75,0%, dan gizi kurang 25,0%. Indikator TB/U tinggi 6,9%, normal 63,9%, pendek 22,2%, dan sangat pendek 6,9%. Indikator BB/TB gemuk 8,3% normal 59,7%, kurus 18,1%, sangat kurus 13,9%. Sedangkan, Pola asuh ibu dalam hal ini praktik pemberian makan anak yang baik berjumlah 48,8% dan kurang baik sebesar 51,4%. Praktik merawat anak yang baik berjumlah 72,2% dan kurang baik berjumlah 27,8%. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi square menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara praktik pemberian makan anak dengan status gizi BB/U, dan TB/U, juga tidak terdapat hubungan antara praktik merawat anak dengan status gizi BB/U dan TB/U, tetapi terdapat hubungan antara praktik praktik pemberian makan anak dengan status gizi BB/TB dan praktik merawat anak dengan status gizi BB/TB pada anak usia 24-59 bulan di Desa Tateli Weru, Kec Mandolang, Kab Minahasa

ABSTRACT
Nutrition is an organisms process of using food that is consumed normally through the process of digestion, absorption, transportation, storage, metabolism, and release of substances that are not used. Parenting is an interaction between children and parents in terms of educating, guiding, caring, providing food, maintaining health and disciplining children. The purpose of this research was to analyze whether there is a relationship between parenting and nutritional status in children aged 24-59 months in Tateli Weru Village, Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency. This research uses analytic observational research with cross sectional approach. The population of this research was all children aged 24-59 months in the village of Tateli Weru, Mandolang District, and this study used a total sampling which the entire population was sampled, so the sample was 72 toddlers. The results of statistical tests in this study indicate the nutritional status with indicators of Body Weight/Age good nutrition 75.0%, and malnutrition 25.0%. The indicator of Body Height/Age is high 6.9%, normal 63.9%, short 22.2%, and very short 6.9%. Indicator of Body Weight/Body Height is 8.3% fat, 59.7% normal, 18.1% thin, 13.9% very thin. Meanwhile, the mother's parenting in this case good child feeding practices amounted to 48.8% and less than good at 51.4%. The practice of caring for good children is 72.2% and not good is 27.8%. Based on the results of the chi square test shows there is no relation between the practice of child feeding with nutritional status of Body Weight/Age, and Body Height/Age, also there is no relation between the practice of caring for children with the nutritional status of Body Weight/Age and Body Height/Age, but there is a relationship between practice the practice of feeding children with Body Weight/Body Height nutritional status and the practice of caring for children with Body Weight/Body Height nutritional status in children aged 24-59 months in Tateli Weru Village, Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency.
