GAMBARAN PENERAPAN PEDOMAN UMUM GIZI SEIMBANG MAHASISWA SEMESTER II FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS SAM RATULANGI DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstract
Sekarang ini tidak ada satupun makanan ataupun suplemen makanan yang bisa mencegah seseorang mengalami Covid-19. Cara yang bisa dilakukan yaitu menjaga tubuh supaya tetap sehat agar sistem kekebalan tubuh menjadi kuat dengan menggunakan pedoman umum gizi seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pedoman umum gizi seimbang mahasiswa semester II FKM UNSRAT di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional deskriptif yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Oktober 2020. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa semester II di FKM UNSRAT dan sebanyak 110 mahasiswa menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan link kuisioner online dalam bentuk google formulir lewat aplikasi media sosial whatsapp. Sementara untuk skala yang digunakan dalam kuisioner yaitu skala likert dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dengan jenis data kategorik. Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu penerapan pedoman umum gizi seimbang pada mahasiswa semester II FKM UNSRAT di masa pandemi Covid-19 yang sudah baik penerapannya yaitu 11 orang (10%), penerapan pedoman umum gizi seimbang yang cukup baik yaitu sebanyak 89 orang (80,9%), dan penerapan pedoman umum gizi seimbang yang kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 10 orang (9,1%). Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu diharapkan agar supaya seluruh responden dapat menerapkan seluruh pedoman yang terdapat dalam pedoman umum gizi seimbang sesuai dengan yang dianjurkan.

ABSTRACT
Currently, there is no single food or dietary supplement that can prevent someone from experiencing Covid-19. The way that can be done is to keep the body healthy so that the immune system becomes strong by using general guidelines for balanced nutrition. This study aims to describe the application of general guidelines for balanced nutrition by the second semester students of FKM UNSRAT during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was a descriptive observational study which was conducted in May-October 2020. The subjects in this study were second semester students at FKM UNSRAT and as many as 110 students were sampled in this study. Data collection was done by sharing the online questionnaire link in the form of a google form via the whatsapp social media application. Meanwhile, the scale used in the questionnaire was the Likert scale and the data analysis used was univariate analysis with categorical data types. The results obtained were the application of general guidelines for balanced nutrition in the second semester students of FKM UNSRAT during the Covid-19 pandemic which had good implementation, namely 11 people (10%), the implementation of general guidelines for balanced nutrition which was quite good, namely 89 people (80.9 %), and the implementation of general guidelines for balanced nutrition that was less than 10 people (9.1%). Suggestions that can be given are that it is hoped that all respondents can apply all the guidelines contained in the general guidelines for balanced nutrition as recommended.
