ANALISIS LAYANAN KESEHATAN PUSKESMAS WENANG KOTA MANADO PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstract
Puskesmas yang merupakan penyelenggara pelayanan tingkat pertama harus menyesuaikan dengan keadaan sekarang karena Covid-19. Puskesmas sangat berperan penting dalam melaksanakan tindakan dini secara teratur dan terarah dalam memutus mata rantai penularan virus ini. Covid-19 merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus corona. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana layanan kesehatan Puskesmas Wenang Manado pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian yang sudah diperoleh bahwa sistem alur pelayanan Puskesmas sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), perubahan alur pelayanan juga terjadi di Puskesmas Wenang yaitu harus melewati proses Skrining dan saat ini Puskesmas hanya menggunakan 2 poli pemeriksaan, yaitu poli sehat dan poli sakit, tempat duduk memiliki jarak, dan penggunaan APD sudah sesuai denga tata cara penggunaanya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terjadinya banyak perubahan layanan di Puskesmas Wenang Manado diantaranya terjadinya perubahan alur, tempat pemeriksaan hanya menggunakan 2 poli, pasien yang datang harus di skrining terlebih dahulu, dan tempat duduk memiliki jarak. Saran untuk Puskesmas Wenang kiranya dapat mempertahankan pelayanan yang ada meskipun saat ini banyak kendala yang dihadapi serta dapat mengembangkan pelayanan Puskesmas yang belum terealisasi agar supaya kedepannya pelayanan yang ada di Puskesmas Wenang akan lebih baik lagi meskipun di masa Pandemi Covid-19.

ABSTRACT
Public health center is the first level service provider that must adjust to the current situation due to Covid-19. The health center plays an important role in carrying out regular and targeted early action in breaking the chain of transmission of this virus. Covid-19 is a disease caused by the corona virus. This study aims to analyze how the health services of the Manado Wenang Health Center during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results of the research that have been obtained are that the Puskesmas service flow system is in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Changes in service flow also occurred at the Wenang Health Center, which had to go through the screening process and currently the Puskesmas only uses 2 examination polyclinics, namely healthy polyclinics and unhealthy polyclinics, the seat has a distance, and the use of personal protective equipment (APD/Alat pelindung diri) is in accordance with the procedures for its use. The conclusion of this study is that there have been many service changes at the Wenang Manado Health Center including changes in the flow, the inspection site only use 2 polyclinics, Patients who come in must be screened first. Suggestions for Wenang Health Center would be to maintain the current service although currently there are many obstacles faced, and also can develop Puskesmas services that have not been implemented so that in the future the services at Wenang Health Center will be even better even during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
