GAMBARAN PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PELAYANAN KESEHATAN RSUP RATATOTOK-BUYAT DI KABUPATEN MINAHASA TENGGARA PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract


Pelayanan kesehatan adalah salah satu komponen pada suatu sistem kesehatan nasional yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah berkaitan langsung dengan masyarakat dalam hal preventif, promotif, kuratif, serta rehabilitatif dan juga akses pelayanan kesehatan hanya sering dilihat dari perspektif pemberi layanan kesehatan saja, sedangkan perspektif masyarakat kurang diperhatikan. Tujuan peneitian ini adalah Mengetahui Gambaran Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Pelayanan Kesehatan RSUP Ratatotok-Buyat pada masa Pandemi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Jenis penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUP Ratatotok Buyat di bulan Mei-Juli 2021. Informan dalam penelitian ini yang totalnya 6 orang yang telah mendapatkan pelayanan di RSUP Ratatotok Buyat. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan wawancara kepada informan terkait dengan pelayanan kesehatan yang mengikuti protokol kesehatan, diperoleh persepsi informan yaitu semua mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang ada, namun adapun persepsi dari informan A5 yaitu tenaga kesehatan telah mengikuti protokol kesehatan tapi masih ada beberapa pasien yang melanggarnya. Kesimpulan pelayanan kesehatan RSUP Ratatotok Buyat pada masa pandemi COVID-19 sudah baik dan mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang ada sehingga masyarakat tidak takut lagi untuk berobat di RS walaupun pada masa yang sulit ini namun menurut salah satu informan bahwa masih ada masyarakat yang masih melanggar protokol kesehatan pada saat berada di RS.

ABSTRACT

Health services are one component of a national health system that is carried out by the government directly related to the community in terms of preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative and also access to health services is often only seen from the perspective of health service providers, while the perspective of the community is not paid attention to. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of public perception of health services at Ratatotok-Buyat Hospital during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Southeast Minahasa Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at Ratatotok Buyat Hospital in May-July 2021. Informants in this study were a total of 6 people who had received services at Ratatotok Buyat Hospital. The results of the study based on interviews with informants related to health services that follow health protocols, obtained the perception of informants that all follow the existing health protocols, but as for the perception of informants A5, namely health workers have followed the health protocol but there are still some patients who violate it. The conclusion is that the health services of Ratatotok Buyat Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic were good and followed the existing health protocols so that people were no longer afraid to seek treatment at the hospital even at this difficult time, but according to one informant, there were still people who still violated the health protocols at the time. while in the hospital.
