Penerapan Kebijakan Protokol Kesehatan dalam Upaya Pencegahan Covid-19 di Kelurahan Buyungon Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan

Abstract


Pencegahan Covid-19 dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan Protokol Kesehatan. Protokol Kesehatan ini  merupakan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah di masa pandemi COVID-19 untuk penanganan penyebaran COVID-19 selain itu Protokol Kesehatan peru diterapkan secara disiplin pada era new normal saat ini agar masyarakat dapat beraktifitas dengan aman, nyaman dan sehat di masa pandemi COVID-19. Protokol Kesehatan yang di tetapkan pemerintah saat ini yaitu mencuci tangan, memakai masker, menjaga jarak, menghindari kerumunan, dan membatasi mobilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan kebijakan protokol kesehatan dalam upaya pencegahan COVID-19 pada masyarakat di kelurahan Buyungon Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dimana wawancara di lakukan secara langsung dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang di ambil dari 5 informan masyarakat Kelurahan Buyungon Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil wawancara mendalam diperoleh tanggapan masyarakat tentang penerapan kebijakan protokol kesehatan dapat dilihat bahwa masyarakat sebagian besarsudah menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan baik namun masih menemui beberapa kendala dan tantangan yang membuat masyarakat belum 100% menerapkan protokol kesehatan 5M yaitu mencuci tangan , memakai masker, menjaga jarak, menghindari kerumunan dan membatasi mobilitas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan protokol kesehatan masyarakat kelurahan Buyungon Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan sudah terlaksana namun belum 100% karena masih menemui kendala dan tantangan pada masyarakat. Saran sebaiknya masyarakat harus selalu menaati protokol kesehatan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah agar masyarakat dapat beraktivitas dengan aman dan sehat di tengah pandemi COVID-19.

ABSTRACT

Prevention of Covid-19 can be done by implementing the Health Protocol. This Health Protocol is a policy issued by the government during the COVID-19 pandemic to handle the spread of COVID-19, besides that the Health Protocol needs to be applied in a disciplined manner in the current new normal era so that people can carry out activities safely, comfortably and healthily during the COVID-19 pandemic. . The current health protocols set by the government are washing hands, wearing masks, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, and limiting mobility. This study aims to see how the implementation of health protocol policies in efforts to prevent COVID-19 in the community in the Buyungon sub-district, South Minahasa Regency using qualitative research methods with in-depth interviews where interviews were conducted directly by applying health protocols taken from 5 community informants in Buyungon Village. South Minahasa Regency. Checking the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The results of the study based on the results of in-depth interviews obtained public responses about the implementation of health protocol policies, it can be seen that most of the people have implemented health protocols well but still encounter several obstacles and challenges that make people not 100% implementing the 5M health protocol, namely washing hands, wearing masks, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds and limiting mobility. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the public health protocol in the Buyungon sub-district, South Minahasa Regency has been implemented but not yet 100% because it is still facing obstacles and challenges in the community. It is recommended that the public must always obey the health protocols made by the government so that people can move safely and healthily in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
