Abstract


ABSTRACT The balanced scorecard is a strategic management system that translates the vision, strategy, and becomes a tool for measuring the performance of the company CV. Palakat Manado. The perpose of this study is to determine the company’s performance which will be evaluated using four balanced scorecard perspectives. The research method in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The result of the study show that overall good result are assessed based on the result of the measurement of a financial perspective which shows an increase almost every year, the customer perspective that shows the increase in the number of the customers each year, CV. Palakat Manado has developed service processes and innovation from an internal business process perspective, and a growth and learning perspective is considered good because CV. Palakat Manado is able to maintain good relationships with employees. The overall performance of CV. Palakat Manado is considered quite good in increasing profits, maintaining, and maintaining good relationships with employees and customers.Keywords : Measurement, Performance, Balanced Scorecard
