ABSTRACT
Skin part of Goroho Banana (Musa acuminafe L.) contain flavonoids which could be benefited as a sunscreen. The purpose of this study was to formulated and determinates the value of the stocks SPF sunscreen lotion skin part extract of goroho banana (Musa acuminafe L.) with a concentration of 2.5, 5 and 7.5%, respectively. The results of this study indicated that skin part of Goroho Banana (Musa acuminafe L.) could be formulated as stocks of sunscreen lotion and to meet the requirements of preparative lotion, including organoleptic evaluation, evaluation of homogeneity, pH evaluation, and evaluation of the spread. Determination of the SPF value was done by means of in vitro using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results shown that lotion preparations of Goroho Banana peel extract (Musa acuminafe L.) with a concentration of 2.5, 5 and 7.5% given value of 3.2; 3.8; 4.4 respectively and this value still in the minimum protection value.

ABSTRAK
Kulit buah pisang goroho (Musa acuminafe L.) mengandung flavonoid yang dapat digunakan sebagai tabir surya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menformulasikan dan menentukan nilai SPF sediaan losio tabir surya ekstrak kulit buah pisang goroho (Musa acuminafe L.) dengan konsentrasi 2,5 , 5 dan 7,5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kulit buah pisang goroho (Musa acuminafe L.) dapat diformulasikan sebagai sediaan lotio tabir surya dan memenuhi persyaratan sediaan losio, di antaranya evaluasi organoleptis, evaluasi homogenitas, evaluasi pH, evaluasi daya sebar. Penentuan nilai SPF dilakukan dengan cara in vitro menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-vis. Hasil yang di dapat menunjukkan sediaan losio ekstrak kulit pisang goroho (Musa acuminafe L.) dengan konsentrasi 2,5 , 5 dan 7,5% nilainya 3,2; 3,8; 4,4 termasuk dalam proteksi minimal
