TINJAUAN POLA PENGOBATAN GASTRITIS PADA PASIEN

RAWAT INAP RSUD LUWUK

ABSTRACT

Iit has been done a research about the Treatment of Gastritis review to Patients. Hospitalized In Luwuk General Hospital. Of the research  is the aim which were to find out the pattern of the Treatment of Gastritis Patients Hospitalized at General Hospital Area Of Luwuk by looking at data about drug use on the patient record on the Medic gastritis. The origin of the research was gastritis patients hospitalized at general hospital area of Luwuk. While the sample of research were some of the patients which were taken according to which were the methods of gastritis sampling technique quota sampling. The parameters used were based on the percentage of drug dose, fulfil indication, accuracy of the drug and the side effects of the drug. Result of the study show that the percentage of drug use based on indications that match 100%, the percentage of drug use based on the exact dose appropriate 92,77%, the percentage of drug use based on the precision of the appropriate remedy, the percentage of use of 97,59% based on drug side effects according to 97,59%.

ABSTRAK

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Tinjauan Pola Pengobatan Gastritis Pada Pasien Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Luwuk, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pola pengobatan gastritis pada pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Luwuk dengan melihat data tentng obat yang digunakan pada pasien gastritis pada bagian rekam medik. Populasi penenlitian adalah pasien penderita gastritis rawat inap pada. Sedangkan yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah beberapa pasien gastritis yang diambil berdasarkan metode sampling dengan tekhnik quota sampling . parameter yang digunakan adalah persentase kedesuaian obat berdasarkan dosis, indikasi, ketepatan obat dan efek samping obat. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa persentase penggunaan obat berdasarkan tepat indikasi yang sesuai  100%, persentase penggunaan obat berdasarkan tepat dosis yang sesuai 92,77%, persentase penggunaan obat berdasarkan ketepatan obat yang sesuai 97,59%. Persentasepenggunaan obat berdasarkan efek samping obat yang sesuai 97,59%.
