Inovasi dan Kreativitas Kaitannya dengan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract


This research studies to study orientation and creativity on employee performance. In this study using quantitative, with respondents gathering 60 employees. Sampling uses non-probability techniques, while data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed no significant effect on employee performance, but creativity had a significant and positive effect on employee performance. While innovation is not significant to creativity. Because of high creativity, employees will work with all the abilities and skills they have to be able to produce satisfactory performance and productivity.
