Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development and job satisfaction on employee performance. Data collected through a questionnaire to 52 respondents, then analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with a partial least square approach. The results showed that the effect of developing human resources had a significant effect on employee performance. Human resource development has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. And there is no significant effect between human resource development on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. Based on this research, the company must conduct human resource development activities in order to increase knowledge and skills so that job satisfaction is created as feedback that will affect employee performance.
