Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work life Balance and compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Hasjrat Abadi, Kotamobagu Branch. This study used a quantitative approach, namely respondents as many as 61 samples whose sampling technique used saturated samples. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) data that meets the analytical technique that has been processed using the SmartPLS3 application. It is known from the results of the analysis that the independent variables Work life Balance and Compensation have an influence on the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction. The results showed that Work life Balance did not significantly influence Job Satisfaction. This means that the level of Work life Balance will not affect job satisfaction. This study shows that compensation has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. That is, the level of compensation will affect the job satisfaction of employees. And also this study found that work-life balance and compensation had no significant effect.
