Information For Librarians

For Librarians

We encourage academic and research librarians to include Productivity in their institution's electronic journal collections and scholarly information resources. As an open-access journal, Productivity provides unrestricted access to its published articles and supports the wider dissemination of research and scholarly knowledge.

Librarians are also encouraged to promote the journal among researchers, lecturers, students, and other members of the academic community whose interests are related to business administration, management, and related fields.

Supporting Scholarly Communication

Productivity is managed using Open Journal Systems (OJS), an open-source journal management and publishing platform developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP). OJS supports the management, publication, dissemination, and long-term accessibility of scholarly journals.

Libraries and academic institutions interested in supporting scholarly publishing may learn more about Open Journal Systems and its use for managing academic journals through the official Public Knowledge Project website.

By including Productivity in institutional library resources, librarians can help increase the discoverability, accessibility, and academic impact of research published in the journal.
