Abstract

Abstrac: Farmers groups conduct various activities to increase farm farmers
group. But in fact that happened there are still members of the Group of
farmers don't have ability and potential, is so good in live and manage
existing farms on the farmer groups, there are still farmers group members
who do not work expanded feet according to what to expect.
Research in using qualitative research methods, descriptive.
Informants scrutinized as much as 12 informants: 1 person group Chairman,
11 members of the group. data collection techniques are used i.e., techniques
of observation/observation and interview. data analysis techniques are used,
namely the reduction of the data, the presentation of data, and the
withdrawal of the conclusion.
