KINERJA LEMBAGA ADAT DI DESA TADUNA KECAMATAN KABARUAN KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN TALAUD

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the performance of traditional institutions in Taduna Village, Kabaruan District, Talaud Islands Regency. Using qualitative descriptive research methods, the data used in this study are primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data, namely through documentation, journals, as well as news reports related to the object of research. In practice, this research uses theree data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data that has been obtained is then studied to be used as a conclusion from the research process. The results of this study indicate that the performance of traditional institutions in Taduna Village, Kabaruan District, Talaud Island Regency is good in terms of various aspects that determine the performance of an organization, namely quality, quantity, task execution, and responsibility. It’s just that the quantity aspect of performance needs to be considered in order to further improve the performance of it’s own traditional institutions.
