EFEKTIVITAS BUMDES DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA JIKO BELANGA KECAMATAN NUANGAN KABUPATEN BOLAANG MONGONDOW TIMUR

Abstract

This study was to determine the effectiveness of Bumdes Savings and Loans in Community Empowerment in Jiko Belanga Village, Nuangan District, Bolaang Mongondow Timur Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Through BUMDes, Jiko Belanga Village held village savings and loan program activities. Village Savings and Loans BUMdes are presented to help rural communities, namely to create a prosperous society, make it easier for people to find business capital and other community needs that are able to free the community from the problem of poverty. BUMDes also plays a role in increasing PADes (village original income) and also as a form of community empowerment with the aim of prospering the community. This research is measured through program measuring indicators from Makmur Dalam (Nadjidah, et al. 2019), namely regarding the accuracy of cost calculations, accuracy of thinking, accuracy of goals, and targets. The results of the study show that this savings and loan BUMDes cannot be said to be effective, especially in community empowerment. In this study, using data analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman, namely the analysis using a data reduction model, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification.
