Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the relocation policy street vendors based on Regional Regulation number 2 of 2019. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is the theory of Lester and Stewart (Akbar and Mohi, 2018: 17) wich explains that evaluation is aimed at seeing some of the failures of a policy and to find out whether the policies that have been formulated and implemented can produce the desired impact, using policy evaluation indicators from William Dunn (in Datumola, 2020: 73) namely, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adecuacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of the relocaton policy for the street vendors has not run optimally. This is related to the constraints seen from the aspects of Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adecuacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Accuracy.
