Abstrak
Berdasarkan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan tahun 2014-2034, terdapat tiga kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Amurang, Amurang Barat dan Amurang Timur termasuk dalam kawasan rawan bencana tsunami, hal ini disebabkan karena kecamatan tersebut memiliki pemukiman yang berada di kawasan pesisir pantai. Sebagai kawasan rawan bencana tsunami, maka harus memiliki jalur-jalur evakuasi bencana. Oleh karna itu, tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi ketersediaan dan menganalisis kebutuhan jalur evakuasi bencana tsunami di tiga kecamatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode spasial dan metode deskrptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dari aspek penelitian ketersedian jalur evakuasi, sebaran jalur evakuasi di tiga kecamatan memiliki 7 jalur evakuasi dan 7 kelurahan/desa yang yang lain tidak memiliki jalur evakuasi, untuk kondis kondisi jalur evakuasi yang ada masih terdapat jalan rusak dan ada satu jalur evakuasi yang melintasi jembatan. sedangkan aspek kebutuhan jalur evakuasi di tiga kecamatan terdapat 3 kelurahan/desa yang belum sesuai dengan aturan dan 4 kelurahan/desa sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang ada.

Abstract
Based on the South Minahasa Regency Spatial Plan for 2014-2034, there are three sub-districts, namely Amurang, West Amurang and East Amurang sub-districts, which are included in tsunami-prone areas, this is because these sub-districts have settlements located in coastal areas. As a tsunami-prone area, it must have disaster evacuation routes. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the availability and analyze the need for tsunami evacuation routes in the three sub-districts. This study uses two methods, namely the spatial method and the descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, from the aspect of research on the availability of evacuation routes, the distribution of evacuation routes in three sub-districts has 7 evacuation routes and 7 other villages / villages do not have evacuation routes, for the condition of the existing evacuation routes there are still damaged roads and one evacuation route crossing the bridge. While the aspect of the need for evacuation routes in the three sub-districts, there are 3 sub-districts/villages that have not complied with the rules and 4 sub-districts/villages that have complied with existing regulations.
