This community service activity was carried out in Warembungan Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The purpose of this program was to improve the knowledge and skills of the community, particularly parents, in processing local food ingredients into nutritious meals for children as an effort to prevent stunting. The activity involved 20 participants, consisting of parents of students from SD GMIM 141 Warembungan, and was implemented through three main stages: counseling, training, and mentoring. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding of balanced nutrition, technical skills in making plant-based meatballs using red bean flour and oyster mushrooms, and the emergence of entrepreneurial initiatives based on local food products. This program contributes to stunting prevention efforts while simultaneously supporting the improvement of household economic welfare.
