ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA PEMBENIHAN IKAN MAS (Cyprinus carpio L) PADA USAHA PERIKANAN RAKYAT (UPR) SYARIAH MANDIRI DI KELURAHAN MOTOBOI KECIL, KOTA KOTAMOBAGU PROVINSI SULAWESI UTARA

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the feasibility analysis of a carp hatchery business in the Syariah Mandiri UPR business in Motoboi Kecil Village, Kotamobagu City, North Sulawesi Province. The research method uses a case study and in this case the UPR Syariah Mandiri case located in Motoboi Kecil, Kotamobagu, is examined.

Based on the results of the study showed that (1) Carp (C Carpio. L) hatchery business at UPR Syariah Mandiri was profitable, with a net profit of Rp. 1,411,726,300. per year. (2) The carp hatchery business at UPR Syariah Mandiri is feasible because it has a profit of Rp. 1,411,726,300; the value of the profit rate is positive at 1135.98%; ; Its profitability> 100% is 541%; BCR value> 1 is 12.36; sales revenue of Rp1,536,000,000 and production results (1,920,000 head) above the sales BEP (Sales BEP = Rp.82,869,656,51) and unit BEP (BEP Unit = 103,587 tails) and the Payback Period is less than one year which is 2 months 7 days.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang analisis kelayakan usaha pembenihan ikan mas pada usaha UPR Syariah Mandiri di Kelurahan Motoboi Kecil, Kota Kotamobagu, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kasus dan dalam hal ini yang di teliti adalah kasus di UPR Syariah Mandiri yang terletak di Kelurahan Motoboi Kecil Kotamobagu.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Usaha pembenihan ikan Mas (C. carpio L) pada UPR Syariah Mandiri menguntungkan, dengan keuntungan bersih sebesar Rp . per tahun. (2) Usaha pembenihan ikan mas di UPR Syariah Mandiri ini layak dijalankan karena mendapatkan keuntungan sebesar ; nilai profitrate-nya positif yaitu 1135,98 %; ; Rentabilitasnya > 100% yaitu 541%; nilai BCR > 1 yaitu ; hasil penjualan dan hasil produksinya (1.920.000 ekor) diatas BEP penjualan ( maupun BEP satuan ( 103.587 ekor) dan Payback Period-nya kurang dari satu tahun yaitu 2 bulan 7 hari.
