KONTRIBUSI "COCOTINOS RESORT" TERHADAP PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT DESA KIMA BAJO KECAMATAN WORI KABUPATEN MINAHASA UTARA

Abstract

Cocotinos Resort is one of resort which located in Kima Bajo village, Wori districts, North Minahasa regency. The existence of Cocotinos Resort in Kima Bajo village provides job opportunities for people. Cocotinos Resort employees are dominated by the people of Kima Bajo Village, so the resort has given contribute income to the people of Kima Bajo Village. This study aims to determine the contribution of Cocotinos Resort against the total income of the people in Kima Bajo Village and to determine the contribution of work’s length and work’s type against the people's income in Kima Bajo village.

The basic method of this research is survey. The population of this research is the people of Kima Bajo Village. Data was collected using the sampling method, which use purposive sampling. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results, the contribution of Cocotinos Resort against the total income of the people in Kima Bajo Village, Wori Disctrict, North Minahasa Regency is 94.45%. The results of the correlation analysis work’s type to the income of the people of Kima Bajo Village are 75% and also the work’s length to the income of the people in Kima Bajo Village is 54%.

Abstrak

Cocotinos Resort adalah salah satu usaha resort yang terletak di Desa Kima Bajo, Kecamatan Wori Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Keberadaan Cocotinos Resort di Desa Kima Bajo memberikan peluang kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar. Pegawai Cocotinos Resort didominasi oleh masyarakat Desa Kima Bajo, dengan demikian Cocotinos Resort memberikan kontribusi terhadap Pendapatan masyarakat Desa Kima Bajo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi Cocotinos Resort terhadap total pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Kima Bajo dan mengetahui kontribusi lama bekerja serta jenis pekerjaan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Kima Bajo.

Metode dasar dalam penelitan ini adalah Survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Desa Kima Bajo. Metode Pengambilan data menggunakan metode Sampling, dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskkriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui kontribusi Cocotinos Resort terhadap total pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Kima Bajo Kecamatan Wori Kabupaten Minahasa Utara adalah 94,45%. Hasil analisis korelasi jenis pekerjaan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat Desa Kima Bajo sebesar 75% dan korelasi lama bekerja terhadap pendapatan masyarakat Desa Kima Bajo sebesar 54%.
