Ethical Guidelines

Please use the template as a guide for authors in writing papers that are ready to be published in the MNSJ journal. Authors must follow every instruction given in the guide, otherwise, it will be immediately rejected/returned. Writers can use templates and type the text directly. The length of the abstract is no more than 250 words. The abstract consists of the research objectives, methods used, results and main conclusions.

Standard writing format:

  • The paper size must correspond to A4 page size, namely 210 mm (8.27") wide and 297 mm (11.69") long. Margin limits are set as follows:
  • Top = Bottom = Left = Right = 25.4 mm (1.0”) with one column writing format. Paragraphs are written regularly, aligned left and right (justify).
  • Font type (Gill Sans MT font with size 12). Articles are written with 1.5 spacing, unless the abstract is written with 1 spacing, size 10. Use references from journals/articles from the last 5 years, books from the last 10 years, decision theory may be > 10 years.
  • Use the APA 7th style version of the reference style
  • Test of similarity index (similarity test) maximum 25%, use paraphrasing techniques when quoting. Similarity tests are carried out using Turnitin or I-Thenticate
  • The body of the text/manuscript is in one column and uses an open table
  • Ethics (Ethical Clearance) or research permission from the ethics committee or related agency must be included in the manuscript
  • Use tools for citing (e.g., Mendeley, Endnote, Zotero, etc.
