Research aimed to examine the effectiveness of biological control of budok disease (S. pogostemonis Boedijn) in patchouli plants using the biological agent Trichoderma spp. The research used completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 6 replicates was used. The treatments tested were P0=0 g Trichoderma spp, P1=0.5 g Trichoderma spp, P2=1.0 g Trichoderma spp, P3=1.5 g Trichoderma spp, P4=2.0 g Trichoderma spp per 0.2 kg of chicken manure. Results showed that the use of Trichoderma spp. has an effect on inhibiting the incubation period of bud rot disease and reduces the incidence of bud rot caused by S. pogostemonis Boedijn. In patchouli plants, the application of Trichoderma spp. has a significant effect on the vegetative growth of patchouli plants, as indicated by an increase in the number of leaves and plant height at various observation times compared to untreated plants.
