ANALISIS EKONOMI MESIN PENGGILING KOPI TIPE HAMMER MILL DI DESA BILALANG KECAMATAN KOTAMOBAGU UTARA

The use of Hammer Mill coffee grinders has become a technological solution due to its ability to grind beans quickly. The absence of a comprehensive economic study regarding the costs, benefits, and financial impacts of using hammer mill coffee grinders in Bilalang Village has slowed the adoption of this technology. Research aims to analyze the economics and economic feasibility of Hammer Mill coffee grinders. The method used is a Quantitative Method using a Survey Method. Results showed that Hammer Mill coffee grinders obtained economic analysis results consisted of: fixed costs of Rp3,147.08/hour, variable costs of Rp40,542/hour, total costs of Rp43,689.08 and BEP of 3,799.91 kg/year. The economic feasibility analysis yielded an NPV of 31,237,845, a B/C ratio of 1.07, and an IRR of 24%. Based on the results of the economic feasibility analysis, the hammer mill coffee grinder was declared feasible because it met three economic feasibility criteria.
