Research aimed to test the performance of the Iseki NT-548F tractor using a rotary tiller implement in Makaaruyen Village of South Minahasa Regency, which has concerned in working capacity, efficiency, speed, and fuel consumption, analysing the work results produced by the combination of the tractor and rotary tiller implement, and evaluating the technical and operational suitability of the bed-forming implement modification to the Iseki NT-548F tractor on land for potato cultivation. The research used a Survey Method with three repetitions and an Interview Method. It was conducted in the field by observing, then collecting data and measuring the parameters set from the operation of the tractor in soil cultivation. Results showed that the Iseki NT-548F four-wheel tractor with rotary bed implement produced a Theoretical Field Capacity of 0.1974 ha/hour, Effective Field Capacity of 0.3074 ha/hour, and field efficiency of 64.2910%. The average fuel consumption was 1.53 litres/hour with a total consumption rate of 5.175 litres/hour. The average size of the beds produced is 70 cm at the top, 90 cm at the bottom, and 40.9 cm in height, with an average drainage width of 40 cm. The area of land used for bed construction is 65 m × 15 m.
