Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence household welfare using the CHAID method on Asgor Street, Banjer Village, Neighborhood 7, Tikala District in Manado City in 2022. The data used in this research is primary, data taken directly through the dissemination of questionnaries to the community on Asgor Street. The method used in this study in the CHAID (Chi-Square Automatic Interaction Detection). Based on the results of the CHAID analysis carried out, there are 2 factors that influence the welfare of households on Asgor Street, namely the first factor is high school/equivalent and college graduation based on the highest diploma of the head of the household and the second factor is the number of dependent household members. The tree resulting from CHAID analysis has 2 depths with 5 nodes and 3 terminal nodes.
