As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

GENERAL GUIDE

  1. The manuscript must be original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  2. The manuscript should be written in clear and academic English. Authors are responsible for ensuring the grammatical accuracy of the text before submission.
  3. Authors are fully responsible for the content of the manuscript, including data accuracy, ethical considerations, and proper citation.
  4. The editorial board reserves the right to edit the manuscript without changing its substance.
  5. Manuscripts that do not comply with these guidelines will be returned to the authors for revision before the review process.

MANUSCRIPT FORMAT 

TITLE

  • Title should clearly and briefly describe the content of the research article and attract academic readers.
  • Must contain 8–15 words.
  • Exclude definite article (the) and indefinite articles (a, an).
  • Written as a phrase, not a complete sentence.
  • Format: Times New Roman, size 12, single spacing, centered, Capitalize Each Word.

AUTHOR(S)

  • Authors’ names written in full without academic titles.
  • Order reflects contribution to the research.
  • Include affiliation: institution, city, and country.
  • Provide email addresses (especially corresponding author).
  • Use markers (numbers/symbols) if multiple authors.
  • Format: Times New Roman, size 11, single spacing, centered.

ABSTRACT

  • One paragraph summary of the article.
  • Contains: background, objective, methods, findings, originality.
  • May include implications/recommendations.
  • Length: 200–250 words.
  • Must be stand-alone (no citations, tables, figures, or references).
  • Format: Times New Roman, size 11, single spacing, justified.

Keywords

  • Provide 3–5 keywords.
  • Separate using commas.

1. INTRODUCTION

  • Presents background of the study.
  • Reviews relevant theories and previous studies (with citations).
  • Identifies research problem and research gap.
  • States research objective and research question/hypothesis.
  • Must NOT include methods, results, or discussion.
  • Maximum 800 words.
  • Format: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 spacing, justified, first-line indentation.

2. METHODOLOGY

  • Explains how the research is conducted.
  • Includes:
    • Research design
    • Data sources/sample
    • Data collection procedures
    • Data processing
    • Data analysis methods
  • Must be systematic and replicable.
  • Format: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 spacing, justified, first-line indentation.

3. RESULT AND DISCUSSION

  • Results:
    • Presented objectively based on collected data.
    • Organized by research themes.
    • No interpretation.
  • Discussion:
    • Interprets findings using theories and previous studies.
    • Explains meaning, implications, similarities/differences.
    • Shows contribution of the study.
  • Formatting:
    • Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing, justified.
  • Quotations:
    • Use quotation marks or block quotes.
    • Include proper sources.
  • Tables/Figures:
    • Numbered and titled (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).
    • Must be explained in the text.
    • Referenced before presentation.

4. CONCLUSION

  • Answers research questions based on findings.
  • Summarizes main results.
  • No new information introduced.
  • May include implications and future research suggestions.
  • Format: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing, justified.

REFERENCES

  • Minimum 15 sources.
  • At least 80% from recent primary sources (last 5 years).
  • Use APA 7th edition style.
  • Format: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single spacing.
  • Use hanging indent (1.27 cm).
  • Include DOI or link when available.
  • Must pass plagiarism check (maximum similarity index 20%).
