PENGARUH WORKLIFE BALANCE DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DI PT TELKOM INDONESIA WITEL SULUT MALUT

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction among employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Sulut Malut. A quantitative method was used with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach through questionnaire data analysis collected from 146 employee respondents, and processed using SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.1. The research instrument was measured using a 1–5 Likert scale. Based on the test results, it was found that Work-Life Balance has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (path coefficient = 0.427; t-statistic = 4.814; p-value = 0.000), indicating that an increase in Work-Life Balance will improve Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, Work-Life Balance strongly influences the Work Environment (path coefficient = 0.791; t-statistic = 26.057; p-value = 0.000), suggesting that Work-Life Balance has a very strong impact on employees’ perceptions of the Work Environment. It was also found that the Work Environment has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction (path coefficient = 0.495; t-statistic = 5.526; p-value = 0.000), confirming that a comfortable Work Environment (both physical and non-physical) enhances Job Satisfaction. From these findings, it is concluded that both Work-Life Balance and Work Environment have a significant impact on Job Satisfaction.
