Abstract

This quantitative study analyzes the effect of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Manado Selatan employees. Data were collected through questionnaires on 81 employees using cluster sampling technique. The analysis was conducted with Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 4). The results showed: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on compensation; (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; and (4) simultaneously organizational culture and compensation jointly increase employee job satisfaction. These findings confirm the importance of strengthening organizational culture and compensation policies to increase job satisfaction within PT PLN (Persero) ULP Manado Selatan.
