GAMBARAN TINGKAT STRES PADA PENDERITA DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2 : LITERATUR REVIEW

Abstract

Abstract : Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease with an increasing number of sufferers. The number of diabetes mellitus continues to increase if the intervention is not given properly. Objective. to know the description of stress levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus. The Method. literature review, which is used to compile information and to search through electronic databases. Article searches were conducted using the keywords stress level and diabetes mellitus type 2, which were searched through Google Scholar and Pubmed. 5680 articles, which were identified and published from 2016-2021. Out of 5680 articles, only 6 were eligible for analysis. Results. Based on reviewed articles, it shows that stress levels have an important role in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion. The results of the literature review evaluation can be concluded from the level of stress. Diabetes mellitus has its respective categories obtained according to the analysis that the researchers conducted. 80% of these six articles indicated that there was a relationship between stress levels in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Abstrak: Diabetes mellitus (DM) merupakan penyakit metabolik dengan jumlah penderita yang terus mengalami peningkatan. jumlah penderita diabetes melitus terus meningkat jika tidak diberikan intervensi dengan benar. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres pada penderita diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Metode tinjauan pustaka, yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi dan mencari melalui database elektronik. Pencarian artikel dilakukan dengan menggunakan kata kunci tingkat stres dan diabetes mellitus tipe 2, yang dicari melalui Google Scholar dan Pubmed. 5680 artikel, yang diidentifikasi dan diterbitkan dari 2016-2021. Dari 5680 artikel, hanya 6 yang memenuhi syarat untuk dianalisis. Hasil berdasarkan artikel yang diulas menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres memiliki peran penting pada penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2. Kesimpulan, Hasil evaluasi tinjauan pustaka dapat disimpulkan dari tingkat stres. Diabetes melitus memiliki kategorinya masing-masing yang diperoleh sesuai dengan analisis yang dilakukan peneliti. 80% dari enam artikel tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara tingkat stres pada penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2
