HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DENGAN KEPATUHAN IBU PENGGUNA KONTRASEPSI SUNTIK DEPO MEDROKSI PROGESTERON ASETAT (DMPA) DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS RANOTANA WERU KEC. WANEA MANADO

Abstract

Abstract: Contraception as a form of pregnancy prevention efforts is one of the essence of the problem of family planning (KB) was officially adopted by the family planning Coordination Board (BKKBN). One of the kinds of effective contraceptive options of contraception hypodermic's mother. The purpose of the research to find out the relationship with the mother of compliance knowledge capital injection Medroksi Depo contraceptive users Progesterone acetate (DMPA) at work-area Clinics Ranotana Weru Kec. Wanea Manado. Analytic Observational research design with cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in clinics Ranotana Weru on 12 julii-July 15, 2014. The samples in this research are the total sampling with 60 respondents who meet the criteria of inclusion. Research instrument that uses a questionnaire. Statistical tests using a computerized system by using the chi-square test (X ^ 2) at the 95% significance level (u03B1 = 0.05%). The results obtained by the p-value = 0.000 with the level of significance & lt; 0.05. This shows there is a meaningful relationship between the compliance knowledge with capital injection contraceptive DMPA users. Conclusion the higher the level of knowledge the more wayward mother mother perform repeated injection is also on schedule.

Abstrak : Kontrasepsi sebagai bentuk upaya pencegahan kehamilan merupakan salah satu esensi masalah Keluarga Berencana (KB) yang secara resmi dipakai oleh Badan Koordinasi Keluarga Berencana (BKKBN). Salah satu jenis kontrasepsi efektif yang menjadi pilihan kaum ibu adalah alat kontrasepsi suntik. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan kepatuhan ibu pengguna kontrasepsi suntik Depo Medroksi Progesteron Asetat (DMPA) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ranotana Weru Kec. Wanea Manado. Desain penelitian Observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di puskesmas Ranotana Weru pada 12 julii-15 juli 2014. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling dengan 60 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Instrumen penelitian yaitu menggunakan kuesioner. Uji statistik menggunakan sistem komputerisasi dengan menggunakan uji chi-square ( ) pada tingkat kemaknaan 95% (á = 0,05). Hasil diperoleh hasil p-value = 0,000 dengan level of significance< 0,05. Ini menunjukkan ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan ibu pengguna kontrasepsi suntik DMPA. Kesimpulan semakin tinggi tingkat pengetahuan ibu maka semakin patuh juga ibu melakukan penyuntikan ulang sesuai jadwal.
