Focus and Scope
JPAI is Jurnal Perempuan dan Anak at Sam Ratulangi University, published biannually or every 6 months. JPAI is a scientific electronic journal (e-journal) published by the Center for Women's Studies at the Research and Community Service Institute of Sam Ratulangi University in Manado, North Sulawesi. This e-journal serves as a platform for publishing and disseminating written works, theses, dissertations, research findings, and community service results from students, lecturers, and other researchers. The e-journal is available in both English and Indonesian languages.

JPAI is a journal on woman and child issues published by Sam Ratulangi University which is issued twice a year. JPAI features scientific articles presenting research results, community service, training, activity reports, and scientific studies on women. Publication Ethics
- Articles submitted to JPAI: Jurnal Perempuan dan Anak Indonesia for evaluation must be original and free from fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, duplication, fragmentation/salami tactics, and violations of copyright in data/content.
- The article has not been previously published elsewhere or is not under consideration for publication by another journal. During the assessment process by this journal, the article will not be withdrawn and submitted to another journal for evaluation.
- Authors are willing to revise the assessed manuscript and will not unilaterally withdraw it without informing the editorial team, especially if the manuscript is in the review process.
- The article does not contain statements that violate the law, defame, or engage in other unlawful activities. It also does not contain materials that infringe upon the personal rights or property rights of any individual or entity.

Journal History
Established to publish the results of research and community service studies on women and children in Indonesia. Founded on the initiative of Prof. Dr. Dingse Pandiangan on April 15, 2019, with Appointment Letter Number 540/UN12.13/LL/2019, which has a complete organizational structure. The formation of the Editorial Team and Peer Review Partners began through the Decree of the Head of the Research and Community.
