Abstract

Regional revenue or regional revenue is money that goes to the regional treasury or more based on the regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs. Article 17 Paragraph (1) Regional revenue consists of regional revenue and financing revenue. Regional revenue is the right of the regional government which is recognized as an addition to net asset value. Meanwhile, financing receipts are all receipts that are paid back and / or expenditures that will be received back, both in the related fiscal year and in subsequent fiscal years. Regional revenue is a very important revenue for local governments in supporting regional development in order to finance regional projects and activities. This study aims to determine how much the contribution of each component of regional revenue to the city government spending of Bitung. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method.
