ABSTRACT
The health worker should understand factor-factor quality of health care needs in the community, because basically health workers must meet thedemands and needs of the users of health services quality. The aim ofresearch toanalyze the relationship between health behavior with the quality of healthservices in health center Mopuya District of North DumogaBolaang Mongondow.The study used a cross-sectional. The study was conducted in sub-district health center Mopuya North Dumoga Mongondow. The study Bolaang was conducted in November 2015. The sampling technique is done with total sampling. Bigsamples taken, 54 power obtained health. Date through questionnaires.Dateanalysis includes the analysis of univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-squaretest (P≤0,05) in SPSS.The results of this study showed no significant association with the quality of health services, ie health workers knowledge variables with a P value = 435 (OR = 610). Meanwhile, variable attitudes and actions of health workers showed a significant association with the quality of health services, each with a value of P = 0.010 (OR = 6674) for attitude and P = 0.022 (OR = 5,222) for variable action.From this study it can be concluded that there is a relationship attitudes and actions of medical personnel with the quality of health services, and there is no relationship between the knowledge of health personnel with the quality of health services.

ABSTRAK
Tenaga kesehatan harus memahami faktor-faktor kebutuhan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan pada masyarakat, karena pada dasarnya tenaga kesehatan harus memenuhi tuntutan dan kebutuhan para pemakai jasa pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan perilaku tenaga kesehatan dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Mopuya Kecamatan Dumoga Utara Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Mopuya Kecamatan Dumoga Utara Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2015. Teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling. Besar sampel yang diambil yaitu 54 tenaga kesehatan. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Analisis data meliputi analisi univariat dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square (P0,05) pada program SPSS.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, yaitu variabel pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan dengan nilai P=435 (OR=610). Sedangkan, variabel sikap dan tindakan tenaga kesehatan menunjukan hubungan yang bermakna dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, masing-masing dengan nilai P=0,010 (OR=6.674) untuk sikap dan P=0,022 (OR=5.222) untuk variabel tindakan.Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan sikap dan tindakan tenaga kesehatan dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.
