ABSTRACT
According to the WHO report of 2013, there were an estimated 8.6 million cases of TB in 2012. Efforts to control TB is by implementing the DOTS strategy that guide the treatment of anti-tuberculosis drugs. In order to ensure the regularity of treatment required a treatment supporter. In the health profile of Indonesia in 2014 showed that the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in North Sulawesi province totaled 5226 cases of 176 677 cases. This figure ranks the seventh highest incidence of pulmonary TB of 34 provinces in Indonesia. Based on data from Sario Health Center in 2015, there were 91 cases of tuberculosis in January to November 2015. In September 2015 until October 2015 there was an increase in TB cases. This study is a survey research with cross sectional analytic. The sample is determined by the formula Slovin and accidental sampling method as many as 48 people. Retrieving data using a questionnaire with interview. Analysis of the relationship using chi square test with a degree of confidence of 95% and α = 0.05. The analysis of the relationship between a treatment supporter with medication adherence menunujukkan p value = 0.004, and the relationship between the role of families with medication adherence showed the p value = 0.001. There is a relationship between a treatment supporter and family roles with medication adherence in patients with TB. Suggestion for TB patients should take medication regularly, families should remind patients to take medication, for the treatment supporter should always keep an eye on, for health centers Sario should add health workers.

ABSTRAK
Menurut laporan WHO tahun 2013, diperkirakan terdapat 8,6 juta kasus TB pada tahun 2012.
