ABSTRACT
LawNo.13of 2003 on employment in article 86 states that workers are entitled to the protection of health and safety, morals and decency and treated in accordance with human dignity and religious values. Excessive physical activity as well as the duties and workload piling is also an issue in the workfor humans. Physical activity and the tasks and workload piling up that followed the inability of humans to adapt quickly can lead top pychological problems for workers.Early survey in PT. Northeast Jaya Manado shows that the workload is too excessive, where workers have to work continuously transporting goods and distributing them without regard to the rest period and a heavy load. This research uses analitic observasional method with cross sectional study approach. The population of this research is 32 workers of PT. Northeast Jaya Manado. The sample of this study was the total population that met the study criteria, which is much as 32 people. The statistical tests were used to analyze the relationship between variables using spearman test. Respondents who experienced a light workload, which medium fatigue was there 5 respondents. Respondents who experienced a medium workload, which light fatigue was there2 respondents, heavy fatigue was 3 respondents, medium fatigue was 15 respondent. Respondents who experienced a heavy workload, which light fatigue was there2 respondents. The Results of data analysis showed that there were significant correlation between workloads with work fatigue p =0.026(α <0.05).

ABSTRAK
Undang-undang No.13 tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan dalam pasal 86 dinyatakan bahwa tenaga kerja berhak mendapat perlindungan atas keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, moral dan kesusilaan serta perlakuan yang sesuai dengan harkat dan martabat manusia serta nilai-nilai agama. Aktifitas fisik yang berlebihan serta tugas dan beban kerja yang menumpuk juga merupakan sebuah masalah dalam pekerjaan bagi manusia. Aktifitas fisik dan tugas serta beban kerja yang menumpuk yang di ikuti ketidakmampuan manusia dalam menyesuaikan diri dapat mengakibatkan masalah psikologis bagi tenaga kerja. Survey awal di PT. Timur Laut Jaya Manado, terlihat bahwa beban kerja tenaga kerja terlalu berlebihan, dimana tenaga kerja harus bekerja terus menerus mengangkut barang dan mendistribusikannya tanpa memperhatikan masa istirahat maupun berat beban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study (studi potong lintang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 32, sampel penelitian adalah total populasi yaitu 32 orang. Variabel bebas adalah beban kerja, variabel terikat adalah Kelelahan kerja. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan alat Reaction Timer dan kuesioner.. Responden yang menyatakan beban kerja ringan namun kelelahan kerja sedang ada 5 responden, dan kelelahan kerja berat ada 4 responden. Responden yang menyatakan beban kerja sedang namun kelelahan kerja ringan ada 2 responden, kelelahan kerja sedang ada 15 responden, kelelahan kerja berat ada 3 responden. Responden yang menyatakan beban kerja berat namun kelelahan kerja ringan ada 2 responden, kelelahan kerja sedang ada 1 responden. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat  hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja menunjukkan nilai p= 0,026 (α <0.05).
