ABSTRACT
Health is a very important factor for productivity and increase workforce productivity as human resources. A job that demands high labor productivity can only be done by labor conditions optimal health. Training and development can be regarded as a function of the limits of the system or subsystem. The workers are trained or developed in order behavior as determined or required by the company.. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between the factors of employee motivation, training, work productivity of employees at PT. Hasjrat Abadi, Jln. Sudirman No. 119 Manado. Design research is analytic survey with cross sectional study, with a total sample was 50 employees. The results of analysis of data on the variable physiological needs of the labor productivity showed the value of p = 0,053 > 0,05. Variable security needs with job productivity shows the value of p = 0,016 < 0,05. Variable social needs with job productivity shows the value of p = 0,008 < 0,05. Analysis of variable self-actualization needs with job productivity shows the value of p = 0,019 < 0,05. Variable training with work productivity shows the value of p = 0,000 < 0.05. It is concluded that there is no relationship between work motivation physiological needs to work on employee productivity PT. Eternal Hasjrat Jln. Sudirman No. 119 Manado. There is a relationship between work motivation security needs, social needs, self-actualization and training with work productivity on the employees of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Jln. Sudirman No. 119 Manado.

ABSTRAK
Kesehatan adalah faktor yang sangat penting bagi produktivitas dan peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja selaku sumber daya manusia. Pekerjaan yang menuntut produktivitas kerja tinggi hanya dapat dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja yang kondisi kesehatan prima. Pelatihan dan pengembangan dapat kita anggap sebagai fungsi dari batas dari sistem atau subsistem. Para tenaga kerja dilatih atau dikembangkan agar memperlihatakan prilaku sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan atau dituntut oleh perusahaan.. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor motivasi kerja, pelatihan, dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Hasjrat Abadi, Jln. Sudirman No. 119 Manado. Disain penelitian adalah survei analitik dengan metode cross sectional study, dengan total sampel adalah 50 karyawan. Hasil analisis data pada variabel kebutuhan fisiologis dengan produktifitas kerja menunjukkan nilai p = 0,053 > 0,05. Hubungan kebutuhan keamanan dengan produktifitas kerja menunjukkan nilai p = 0,016 < 0,05. Hubungan kebutuhan sosial dengan produktifitas kerja menunjukkan nilai  p = 0,008 < 0,05. Analisis variabel kebutuhan aktualisasi diri dengan produktifitas kerja menunjukkan nilai p = 0,019 < 0,05. Variabel pelatihan dengan produktifitas kerja menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja kebutuhan fisiologis dengan produktifitas kerja pada karyawan PT. Hasjrat Abadi Jln. Sudirman No. 119 Manado. Terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja kebutuhan keamanan, kebutuhan sosial,  kebutuhan aktualisasi diri dan pelatihan dengan
produktifitas kerja pada karyawan PT. Hasjrat Abadi Jln. Sudirman No. 119 Manado.
