ABSTRACT
Nurses as prayer one health worker in the hospital holding major role hearts efforts achieve the goal of health development. Performance is the result of execution of a job, both physical/material and non-physical/non-material. Discipline yourself in implementing either individually or in groups. This research attemps to Relationship Between Feeling of disciplineand work motivation with performance of nurse in hospital Kotamobagu City. The research is an analytic survey with cross sectional approach, implemented in Kotamobagu City Hospital in December-April 2016. The sample in this study was determined by sampling with a total population of 56 respondents. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires, the test used is the chi square test with p = 0,05. Statistical test result using the continuity correction is done, shows that there is no relationship between discipline and nurse’s performance kotamobagu city hospital, with a value of (p=0,052 > 0,05). As for the motivation and performance kotamobagu city hospital nurse with a value of (p=0,007 ,< 0,050). The conclusion of this study is, there is no relationship between discipline and nurse,s performance kotamobagu city hospital,there is a relationship between work motivation and performance of nurse’s in hospital cities kotamobagu.

ABSTRAK
Perawat sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit memegang peranan penting dalam upaya mencapai tujuan pembangunan kesehatan. Kinerja merupakan hasil pelaksanaan suatu pekerjaan, baik bersifat fisik/material maupun non-fisik/non-material. Disiplin sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan organisasi dan digunakan untuk memotivasi pegawai agar dapat mendisiplinkan diri dalam melaksanakan tugas, baik secara perorangan maupun kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kedisiplinan dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD Kota Kotamobagu. Penelitian ini merupakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study, yang dilaksanakan di RSUD Kota Kotamobagu pada bulan Desember-April 2016. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan total sampling dengan jumlah 56 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Uji yang di gunakan yaitu Uji Chi Square dengan nilai p = 0,05. Hasil uji statistic menggunakan Continuity Correction yang dilakukan, menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara kedisiplinan dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD Kota Kotamobagu, dengan nilai (p=0,052 > 0.05). Sedangkan, motivasi ada hubungan dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD Kota Kotamobagu dengan nilai (p=0,007 < 0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu, tidak terdapat hubungan antara kedisiplinan dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD Kota Kotamobagu, dan terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD Kota Kotamobagu.
