ABSTRACT

Hospital Pharmacy Installations is responsible for the delivery of pharmaceutical preparations. The distribution system is the delivery process requested by the pharmaceutical physicians for a particular patient, from the hospital pharmacy installation to the area where the patient was treated. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the pharmacy services and its suitability in order to distribute the pharmaceutical preparations according to Permenkes No. 58 of 2014 in the pharmacy installation of Prof. DR. R. D Kandou Manado Hospital. By using saturated sampling techniques against all the depots inpatient pharmacy staff as samples and with the interview to the head of the pharmacy installation and the person in charge of the room. This study stated that the pharmaceutical distribution system, which applied in the installation of Hospital Pharmacy was the individual prescription systems and dosage units systems, and in accordance to Permenkes No. 58 of 2014 on Hospital Pharmaceutical Services.

ABSTRAK

Instalasi farmasi Rumah Sakit bertanggung jawab dalam penyerahan sediaan farmasi. Sistem Distribusi merupakan proses penyerahan sediaan farmasi yang diminta dokter dari Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit untuk penderita tertentu sampai ke daerah tempat penderita dirawat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelayanan kefarmasian dan kesesuaian pelayanan kefarmasian dalam pendistribusian sediaan farmasi menurut Permenkes RI No. 58 Tahun 2014 di Instalasi Farmasi RSUP Prof. DR. R. D. Kandou Manado. Menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan seluruh tenaga farmasi depo rawat inap sebagai sampel dan wawancara kepada kepala Instalasi Farmasi dan penanggungjawab ruangan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Sistem distribusi sediaan farmasi yang diterapkan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit adalah sistem distribusi resep perorangan dan sistem dosis unit, dan telah sesuai Permenkes RI No. 58 Tahun 2014 tentang Pelayanan Kefarmasian Rumah Sakit.
