ABSTRACT
Quality of service is a service provided health personel, both doctors, nurses or administrative staff at the hospital. One of the health services that treat patients in full is nurses. Nurses are needed by patients, patients require nurses to help care for, treat patients in the healing process. Patients want to feel satisfied with what they need. Patient satisfaction reflects the success of the hospitals in the ministry of health personnel. This research uses analytical survey using cross sectional study design. The research sample of 100 responde variable research instrument responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy and tangibles with the patient satisfaction question. Hiipotesis testing using chi-squre test to determine whether there is a relationship between the quality of nursing care with patient satisfaction. Results showed that there was no relationship between responsiveness to patient satisfaction, as evidenced from the p value of 0.110 ≥ (0.05), there is no correlation between patients' satisfaction with the proven reliability of the p velue amounted to 0.109 ≥ (0.05), there is a relationship between assurance evidence and patient's satisfaction is evident from the p value 0,001< (0.05). there is a relationship between empathy with patient satisfaction is evident from the p values ​​of 0.004 <(0.05), there is a relationship between physical evidence and patient's satisfaction is evident from the p velue 0,001< (0.05). In this study, the hospitals should be more concerned about the quality of services nurses on patient satisfaction, especially physical evidence that there is such a toilet of a hospital that still need to be improved, so that the patients who come to get services from the hospital to feel satisfied.

Kualitas pelayanan adalah suatu pelayanan yang diberikan tenaga kesehatan, baik dokter, perawat atau tenaga administrasi di rumah sakit. Salah satu pelayanan kesehatan yang menangani pasien secara penuh adalah tenaga perawat. Perawat sangat dibutuhkan oleh pasien, pasien memerlukan perawat untuk membantu merawat, menangani pasien dalam proses penyembuhan.   Jenispenelitianini menggunakan survey analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian cross sectional study. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden instrument penelitian variable ketanggapan, kehandalan, jaminan, empati dan bukti fisik dengan kepuasan pasien menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis mengunakan uji chi squre untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan perawat dengan kepuasan pasien. Hasil menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara ketanggapan dengan kepuasan pasien, terbukti dari p value sebesar 0,110 ≥ (0,05), tidak ada hubungan antara kehandalan dengan kepuasan pasien terbukti dari p velue sebesar 0,109 ≥ (0,05), ada hubungan antara jaminan dengan kepuasan pasien terbukti dari p value sebesar 0,001<(0,05), ada hubungan antara empati dengan kepuasan pasien terbukti dari p value sebesar 0,004 < (0,05), ada hubungan antara bukti fisik dengan kepuasan pasien terbukti dari p velue sebesar 0,001 <(0,05). Dalam penelitian ini pihak rumah sakit harus lebih memperhatikan mengenai kualitas jasa pelayanan perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien, terutama bukti fisik yang ada, seperti toilet dari rumah sakit yang masih harus diperbaiki, agar pasien yang datang untuk mendapatkan pelayanan dari rumah sakit merasa puas.
