Abstract

ABSTRACT

Hemorrhagic Stroke caused by blood vessel rupture that makes pressure around brain tissues. One of hemorrhagic risk factor especially intracerebral hemorrhagic is hypertension. The Use of proper antihypertensive is needed for Stroke patient especially hemorrhagic stroke. This research aim is to evaluate the use of antihypertensive in hemorrhagic stroke inpatient at RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado during January-December 2018. This research was conducted retrospectively with descriptive approach. Sample was taken is Inpatient which diagnosed with hemorrhagic stroke both intracerebral hemorrhagic and subarachnoid hemorrhagic. Medical Record data was taken and made recap such as age, sex, type of antihypertensive and compared with guidelines to determine each of the use evaluation category covers right indication, right medicine, right patient and right dose. Research result shows evaluation of antihypertensive drug use with category right indication is 98,57%, right medicine is 100,00 %, right patient 100,00% and right dose 68,57%

ABSTRAK

Stroke perdarahan disebabkan pecahnya pembuluh darah yang menyebabkan tekanan pada sekitar jaringan otak. Salah satu faktor risiko stroke perdarahan khususnya perdarahan intraserebral adalah hipertensi. Penggunaan obat antihipertensi yang tepat diperlukan bagi penderita stroke khususnya penderita stroke perdarahan.  Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat Evaluasi penggunaan antihipertensi pada penderita stroke perdarahan rawat inap di  RSUP Prof. DR. R. D. Kandou Manado periode Januari-Desember 2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara retrospektif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel yang diambil yaitu Pasien yang terdiagnosa Stroke Perdarahan baik perdarahan intraserebral maupun perdarahan subaraknoid yang rawat inap. Data rekam medis yang diambil dibuat rekap yang meliputi usia, jenis kelamin, jenis obat antihipertensi dan dibandingkan dengan pedoman untuk menentukan setiap kategori evaluasi penggunaan obat meliputi Tepat indikasi, tepat obat, tepat pasien dan tepat dosis. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan evaluasi penggunaan obat antihipertensi dengan kategori tepat indikasi sebesar 98,57 %, tepat obat 100,00 %, tepat pasien 100,00% dan tepat dosis 68,57 %.
