Abstract

Hipertensi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik >140 mmHg & tekanan darah diastolik >90 mmHg pada 2 kali pengukuran dengan selang waktu 5 menit dalam keadaan cukup istirahat/ tenang. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar pasien PRB geriatri di Apotek Kimia Farma 285 Bandar Lampung meningkatkan kepatuhan penggunaan obat antihipertensi sehingga mengurangi risiko komplikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan desain penelitian campuran dimana terdapat gabungan antara retrospektif yaitu data informasi pasien dibulan September-Desember 2022 dan prospektif dengan memberikan kuesioner MMAS-8 pada pasien dibulan Februari 2023 sebanyak 136 pasien. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan hasil tingkat kepatuhan tinggi 34 pasien (25%), sedang 61 pasien (44,85%), dan rendah 41 pasien (30,15%). Berdasarkan uji Chi-Square tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan obat antihipertensi di Apotek Kimia Farma 285 Bandar Lampung dengan nilai P-value  <0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pasien geriatri hipertensi di Apotek Kimia Farma 285 Bandar Lampung patuh terhadap  penggunaan obat.
