TOKSISITAS DAN KARAKTERISASI GUGUS FUNGSI DAUN SISIK NAGA (Drymoglossum piloselloides (L) Presl.)

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is determine LC50 epiphytic leaf extract dragon scales (Drymoglossum piloselloides (L) Presl.) Using Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) and know the characteristics of functional groups contained in the extract of the most toxic fraction. The method used in this study is the extraction fractionation. The implementation of toxicity tests using methods BSLT. The toxicity test is then performed isolation of compounds by thin layer chromatography (TLC), and then determined the characteristics of the cluster function with spektrofotmeter FTIR. The results showed ethyl acetate fraction had LC50 values ​​of 25.28 ppm and chloroform fraction had LC50 values ​​of 15.71 ppm as a potential anti-cancer, chloroform-methanol fraction had LC50 values ​​of 412.34 ppm and methanol fraction had LC50 values ​​of 319 , 10 ppm potential as peptisida. The results of the isolation of the most toxic fraction obtained at least seven compounds, later identified by FTIR spectrophotometer suspected this fraction contains amine functional groups and amide (NH), phenol, alcohol monomers, alcohol hydrogen bonds (OH), alkanes and alkenes (CH), aldehyde , ketones, carboxylic acids and esters (C = O), alcohols, ethers, carboxylic acids and esters (CO).

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menentukan LC50 ekstrak epifit daun sisik naga (Drymoglossum piloselloides (L) Presl.) menggunakan metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) dan mengetahui karakteristik gugus fungsi yang terdapat dalam ekstrak fraksi paling toksik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ekstraksi fraksinasi. Pelaksanaan uji toksisitas menggunakan metode BSLT. Hasil uji toksisitas selanjutnya dilakukan isolasi senyawa dengan kromatografi lapis tipis (KLT), kemudian ditentukan karakteristik gugus fungsinya dengan spektrofotmeter FTIR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fraksi etil asetat mempunyai nilai LC50 sebesar 25,28 ppm dan fraksi kloroform mempunyai nilai LC50 sebesar 15,71 ppm berpotensi sebagai anti kanker, fraksi kloroform-metanol mempunyai nilai LC50 sebesar 412,34 ppm dan fraksi metanol mempunyai nilai LC50 sebesar 319,10 ppm berpotensi sebagai peptisida. Hasil isolasi dari fraksi paling toksik didapat paling sedikit 7 senyawa, kemudian diindentifikasi dengan spektrofotometer FTIR diduga fraksi ini mengandung gugus fungsi amina dan amida (N-H), fenol, monomer alkohol, alkohol ikatan hydrogen (O-H), alkana dan alkena (C-H), aldehida, keton, asam karboksilat dan ester (C=O), alkohol, eter, asam karboksilat dan ester (C-O).
