FORMULASI DAN EVALUASI SIRUP EKSTRAK DAUN
SIDAGURI (Sida rhombifolia L.)

ABSTRACT
The Sidaguri plants was known by the people of Sulawesi as rumput sosapu which is grown wildly in ternal condition and used as empirically drugs for lowering uric acid and for fever reliever. The aims of this study is to formulating Sidaguri leaves extract syrup with different concentration variants 10% and 20%. Extraction was done by maceration method with ethanol 96% as the solvent. The results showed that sidaguri leaves extract syrup formulation which is made by concentration 10% and 20% qualify the syrup requirements specifically organoleptic test, homogenity test, pH test and pour time test.

ABSTRAK
Tumbuhan Sidaguri oleh masyarakat sulawesi dikenal dengan nama rumput sosapu yang tumbuh secara ternal dan liar yang digunakan secara empiris untuk obat penurun asam urat dan demam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memformulasikan sediaan sirup ekstrak daun Sidaguri dengan variasi konsentrasi 10% dan 20%. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan cara maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 96%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan formulasi sirup ekstrak daun sidaguri yang dibuat dengan konsentrasi 10% dan 20% memenuhi persyaratan uji sirup yaitu uji organoleptis, uji homogenitas, uji pH dan uji waktu tuang.
