The Effect of Innovative Work Behavior and Work Engagement on Employee Performance at Advent Hospital Manado

This research is a type of quantitative research with inner model and outer model analysis and a sample of 52 respondents. The research results show that innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at RS Advent Manado, innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on work engagement at RS Advent Manado and work engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at RS Advent Manado.
