Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction. with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used the roscoe technique and data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used instrument testing, classical hypothesis testing, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient with data processing using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that partially Product Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, partially Price has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction and simultaneously Product Quality and Price have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.
